in order to achieve the tshoot topology i need a router with at least 2 fe's... i'm stuck with 2620xm's with one fixed fe... i'd given up on them long ago, but some folks started up a conversation on cln (cisco learning network) about something or other, and we drifted to 2620's...  this time i dug deeper and found that they are supposed to support an ethernet expansion module...  so i bought one... you'll know if it works...
