i don't know this guy, but i like his approach... learn from him...
in one of his posts he mentions something that i've held for a long time... sometimes to truly understand something you just have to read it a number of different ways; ocg, flg, cisco site, other sites, wiki, CLN, etc... and then beat it up with your equipment (or gns3, iou, rack rental, or whatever you can get your hands on...)
