he's got some great tubes on switching... if you are becoming comfortable with fhrp (first hop redundancy protocols) hsrp, et al, then you're gonna love this guy... remember all of this so called advanced stuff has it's roots in etherchannel and first hop redundancy... it can always be related back with analogies...ccnp switch talks a lot about high availablity, which is marketing idiot-speak for redundancy... it all had to come from somewhere
